betkp Terms & Conditions

For purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed below:

• "Account" means the personal gaming account registered by a Player on the betkp Platform, used to access Services, place wagers, and manage funds.
• "Balance" means the total amount of funds available in a Player's Account, including deposited funds, winnings, and applicable bonus funds, less any withdrawals and wagers placed.
• "Bonus" means promotional credits, free spins, cashback, or other promotional offers provided by betkp subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.
• "Gaming Services" means all casino games, slot machines, live dealer games, table games, bingo, and other gambling entertainment provided on the Platform.
• "Philippine Peso" or "PHP" or "₱" means the official currency of the Republic of the Philippines, in which all Account transactions are denominated.
• "Personal Information" means any data or information provided by the Player during registration or use of Services, including but not limited to name, date of birth, contact details, identification documents, and financial information.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any stake or sum of money placed by a Player on a Gaming Service outcome, subject to the applicable game rules and odds.

Terms defined in singular form shall include the plural and vice versa. Headings are for reference only and do not affect interpretation. Reference to any statute or regulation includes amendments and re-enactments thereof.

2.1 Age and Jurisdiction Requirements

To register an Account and use betkp Services, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. Players under 21 are strictly prohibited from creating accounts, accessing Gaming Services, or placing wagers on the Platform.
• You must be a resident of the Republic of the Philippines or otherwise located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is legal and permitted.
• You must not be located in any jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law or where betkp Services are restricted.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You must have legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under applicable law.

2.2 Account Registration Process

To create an Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, contact telephone number, email address, and such other information as may be required. You agree to:

• Provide truthful and accurate information in all registration fields;
• Maintain and promptly update your Account information to ensure accuracy;
• Not create multiple accounts - each Player is permitted only one (1) Account;
• Not register using false identity, someone else's identity, or fraudulent documentation;
• Not allow any other person to access or use your Account.

2.3 Account Approval and Verification

betkp reserves the right to approve or reject any Account registration at its sole discretion without providing reasons. Upon registration, your Account may be subject to verification procedures as described in Section 3 below. Until verification is completed, certain features including withdrawals may be restricted.

2.4 Prohibited Persons

The following persons are prohibited from creating accounts or using betkp Services:

• Persons under twenty-one (21) years of age;
• Persons who have previously been excluded or self-excluded from betkp or any affiliated platform;
• Persons residing in jurisdictions where online gambling is illegal;
• Employees of betkp, its affiliates, subsidiaries, game providers, payment processors, and their immediate family members;
• Persons who have had accounts closed for breach of terms or fraudulent activity.

3.1 Password and Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password not used on other platforms;
• Never share your password with any third party;
• Immediately notify betkp if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account;
• Log out from your Account when using shared or public computers;
• Accept full responsibility for all activities conducted through your Account, whether authorized by you or not.

betkp shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized Account access resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security. You shall be solely liable for all wagers, transactions, and activities conducted through your Account prior to notification of suspected unauthorized access.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

betkp operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process to comply with anti-money laundering regulations, prevent underage gambling, and protect against fraud. You agree to provide the following documents upon request:

• Proof of Identity: Valid Philippine government-issued ID (passport, driver's license, UMID, postal ID, or voter's ID) showing your full name, date of birth, photograph, and ID number;
• Proof of Address: Recent utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last three (3) months showing your full name and residential address;
• Proof of Payment Method: Screenshot or photo of payment account (GCash, bank account, PayMaya) showing account holder name matching your betkp Account registration name.

Documents must be clear, legible, and unaltered. betkp reserves the right to request additional documentation or verification at any time. Failure to provide requested documents within fourteen (14) days may result in Account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

3.3 Verification Timing and Withdrawal Restrictions

betkp may require verification at any time, including but not limited to: first withdrawal request, cumulative deposits exceeding ₱50,000, suspicious activity detection, or random compliance checks. Withdrawals cannot be processed until verification is successfully completed. betkp aims to process verification within seventy-two (72) hours of receiving complete documentation but does not guarantee specific timeframes.

4.1 Deposits

Players may fund their Accounts using payment methods displayed in the Account deposit section, currently including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and Landbank. All deposits must:

• Be made from payment accounts registered in the Player's own legal name matching the betkp Account name;
• Originate from legitimate sources - betkp prohibits deposits from illegal or criminal proceeds;
• Meet minimum deposit amounts as specified on the Platform (typically ₱100 minimum);
• Be subject to processing times varying by payment method (GCash/PayMaya typically instant, bank transfers 1-24 hours).

betkp does not charge deposit fees, but third-party payment providers may impose their own transaction charges. Deposited funds become part of your Account Balance immediately upon confirmation and may be used for wagers on any Gaming Service.

4.2 Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawal of available Account Balance funds to verified payment methods subject to the following conditions:

• Account must be fully verified per Section 3.2 above;
• Minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500;
• Withdrawals must be to payment accounts in the Player's name used for deposits;
• Wagering requirements on bonuses must be completed before bonus-related funds can be withdrawn;
• betkp reserves the right to require identity re-verification before processing large withdrawals;
• Processing time: GCash/PayMaya typically 5-30 minutes during business hours, bank transfers 24-72 hours.

betkp may apply withdrawal limits of ₱500,000 per transaction and ₱2,000,000 per month. Higher limits may be available for VIP Players. Withdrawals requested outside Philippine business hours may experience processing delays.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering and Third-Party Payments

betkp strictly prohibits use of the Platform for money laundering or other illicit financial activities. Accounts showing patterns consistent with money laundering (large deposits with minimal wagering followed by immediate withdrawal) will be suspended and reported to relevant authorities. Deposits and withdrawals involving third-party accounts are strictly forbidden - all transactions must be to/from payment methods in the Player's legal name.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on betkp are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP). Deposits made in other currencies will be converted to PHP at prevailing exchange rates plus applicable conversion fees charged by payment processors.

5.1 Wager Acceptance and Settlement

All wagers placed on betkp Gaming Services are subject to acceptance by the Company. betkp reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any wager at its sole discretion, including but not limited to situations involving:

• Obvious errors in odds, lines, or game outcomes;
• Technical malfunctions affecting game fairness;
• Suspected fraudulent activity or bonus abuse;
• Wagers placed after event outcomes are known;
• Wagers exceeding Account Balance at time of placement.

Once a wager is accepted and confirmed via on-screen notification, it becomes binding. Wagers cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed except in cases of obvious error or at betkp's sole discretion. Settlement of wagers is final unless manifest error is proven.

5.2 Game-Specific Rules

Each Gaming Service operates under specific rules governing gameplay, payouts, and outcomes. Players are responsible for understanding game rules before placing wagers. Game rules can be accessed via in-game help sections or by contacting customer support. In case of dispute between these Terms and game-specific rules, game-specific rules shall prevail for that particular game only.

5.3 Technical Failures and Disconnections

In the event of system malfunction, communication failure, or disconnection during gameplay:

• For slot and casino games: pending game rounds will complete automatically using the game's random number generator. Results will be credited to your Account and visible in transaction history.
• For live dealer games: if disconnection occurs during a hand/round in which you placed a wager, the hand will continue to completion and results will be settled according to the dealt cards/outcomes. You may view results in game history upon reconnection.
• For sports betting: accepted wagers remain valid and will be settled according to actual event outcomes regardless of connection status.

betkp is not liable for losses resulting from technical failures beyond our control, including internet service disruptions, device malfunctions, or third-party service outages. Players are responsible for maintaining stable internet connections when using Gaming Services.

5.4 Game Fairness and RTP

All betkp Gaming Services use certified random number generators (RNG) tested by independent auditing firms to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Return to Player (RTP) percentages are published for each game and represent the theoretical long-term statistical return, not a guarantee of individual session results. Short-term variance means actual returns may differ significantly from published RTP over small sample sizes.

6.1 Bonus Terms

betkp offers various bonuses, promotions, free spins, and loyalty rewards ("Promotions") to Players from time to time. All Promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be clearly stated on the promotional page or communication. General conditions applicable to all Promotions include:

• Promotions are available only to eligible Players meeting stated criteria;
• One bonus per Player, household, IP address, device, or payment method unless otherwise specified;
• Wagering requirements (turnover requirements) must be met before bonus-related winnings can be withdrawn;
• Wagering contributions vary by game type (slots typically 100%, table games 10-20%, live dealer varies);
• Maximum bet limits apply when wagering with bonus funds (typically ₱200 per spin/hand);
• Bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not completed within stated timeframes (typically 30 days);
• betkp reserves the right to void bonuses and related winnings if terms are breached or bonus abuse is detected.

6.2 Bonus Abuse and Fraud

The following activities constitute bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of bonus funds, related winnings, and possible Account closure:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times;
• Using betting systems designed solely to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk (e.g., betting red and black simultaneously on roulette);
• Coordinating with other players to abuse promotional offers;
• Depositing solely to claim bonuses with no intention of genuine gameplay;
• Any activity demonstrating intent to exploit promotional terms rather than engage in legitimate gaming.

6.3 Promotion Modifications

betkp reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any Promotion at any time without prior notice. In cases of obvious error in promotional terms (e.g., incorrect bonus percentages, impossible wagering requirements), betkp reserves the right to correct such errors and adjust Player accounts accordingly.

7.1 Commitment to Responsible Gaming

betkp is committed to promoting responsible gaming and preventing gambling-related harm. We provide tools and resources to help Players maintain control over their gaming activity. Gaming should be entertainment, not a means of income or solution to financial problems.

7.2 Age Verification and Minor Protection

Persons under twenty-one (21) years of age are strictly prohibited from creating accounts, accessing Gaming Services, or placing wagers. Players are responsible for ensuring minors under their care cannot access their betkp Account. betkp employs age verification procedures and will immediately close accounts found to be operated by minors, with all funds forfeited.

7.3 Responsible Gaming Tools

Players can access the following responsible gaming tools via Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limits apply immediately and can be lowered at any time. Increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum loss amounts over specified periods. Accounts automatically prevent further wagering once limits are reached.
• Session Time Limits: Receive notifications after continuous play exceeds specified durations.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen reminders of session length and win/loss status.

7.4 Self-Exclusion

Players experiencing gambling problems can request self-exclusion for periods of 6 months, 1 year, 2 years, or permanent closure. Self-exclusion requests can be made by contacting customer support. During self-exclusion:

• The Account will be immediately closed and login access revoked;
• All promotional communications will cease;
• Attempts to create new accounts will be blocked based on personal information matching;
• Remaining Account Balance will be returned via original payment method;
• Self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the chosen period expires.

8.1 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute material breach of these Terms:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification;
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age or located in a prohibited jurisdiction;
• Creating multiple accounts or allowing others to use your Account;
• Engaging in fraudulent activity, including chargebacks, payment fraud, or identity theft;
• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain unfair advantage;
• Using automated systems, bots, or software to play games or place wagers;
• Exploiting software bugs or errors to gain unfair advantage;
• Money laundering or using the Platform to transfer funds without genuine gaming activity;
• Abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward betkp staff or other players;
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code from Platform software;
• Using VPNs or proxy servers to disguise location or circumvent restrictions.

8.2 Account Suspension and Closure

betkp reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account immediately and without prior notice if we reasonably believe the Player has engaged in prohibited activities, breached these Terms, or poses fraud/security risks. Upon Account closure for breach:

• All pending wagers will be voided;
• Bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited;
• Deposits made may be returned less any fraudulent winnings or amounts owed to betkp;
• Personal information will be retained as required by anti-money laundering regulations;
• The Player will be prohibited from creating new accounts.

8.3 Investigation and Cooperation

betkp may freeze Account funds and suspend access during investigation of suspected prohibited activities. Players must cooperate fully with investigations, including providing requested documentation and information. Failure to cooperate may result in Account closure and forfeiture of funds. betkp may report suspected illegal activity to law enforcement authorities.

All content on the betkp Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, software, user interfaces, and underlying HTML/CSS/JavaScript code, is the exclusive property of betkp or its content providers and is protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws.

The betkp name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of betkp or its affiliates. You may not use such marks without prior written permission of betkp. All other names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans displayed on the Platform are the trademarks of their respective owners.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This license does not permit:

• Reproduction, distribution, modification, or public display of Platform content;
• Decompilation, reverse engineering, or disassembly of Platform software;
• Creation of derivative works based on Platform content;
• Commercial use of Platform content or extraction of data for business purposes;
• Use of automated systems to access, scrape, or monitor Platform content.

10.1 Service Availability

betkp aims to provide continuous Platform availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform may be unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond our control. betkp is not liable for losses resulting from Platform unavailability, including inability to place wagers, access accounts, or withdraw funds during outages.

10.2 Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM AND ALL GAMING SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. betkp DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE PLATFORM OR SERVERS ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

10.3 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY PHILIPPINE LAW, betkp SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:

• ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE PLATFORM;
• ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE PLATFORM;
• UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT;
• TECHNICAL FAILURES, INTERNET DISRUPTIONS, OR DEVICE MALFUNCTIONS;
• ERRORS OR OMISSIONS IN PLATFORM CONTENT OR SERVICES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL betkp'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES EXCEED THE AMOUNT DEPOSITED INTO YOUR ACCOUNT DURING THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY, OR PHILIPPINE PESOS ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND (₱100,000), WHICHEVER IS LESS.

10.4 Force Majeure

betkp shall not be liable for failure to perform obligations hereunder due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, labor disputes, internet failures, government actions, or other force majeure events.

11.1 Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising from or related to your use of betkp Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11.2 Dispute Resolution Process

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to these Terms or the Platform, you agree to first attempt informal resolution by contacting betkp customer support with a detailed description of the dispute. betkp will investigate and respond within fourteen (14) business days.

If informal resolution is unsuccessful, either party may initiate binding arbitration administered by the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI) in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in Metro Manila by a single arbitrator agreed upon by both parties or appointed by PDRCI. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.

11.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree that disputes will be resolved on an individual basis only. You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against betkp. This waiver applies to all claims and disputes that can be brought in arbitration or litigation.

11.4 Jurisdiction

For matters not subject to arbitration, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines.

12.1 Amendments to Terms

betkp reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Material changes will be communicated via email to the address registered on your Account and/or prominent notice on the Platform homepage. The "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms reflects the most recent revisions.

Your continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of amended Terms. If you do not agree with modified Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and may request Account closure with withdrawal of remaining Balance subject to verification and clearance of pending wagers.

12.2 Communications

By creating an Account, you consent to receive communications from betkp via email, SMS, push notifications, and in-Platform messages regarding account activity, promotional offers, and service updates. You may opt out of promotional communications via Account settings but cannot opt out of essential service communications related to account security, transactions, or Terms updates.

12.3 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

12.4 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and betkp regarding use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications, whether written or oral.
